In 2009, Dr. Sridhar Mitta, along with co-founders Anand Talwai, Mythily Ramesh, and S.R. Gopalan, combined their extensive experience and shared vision to create an organization that would drive social impact while addressing critical business challenges.

The team recognized a significant disparity in India’s talent landscape between metro cities and small towns. Over 250 small towns were home to an untapped reservoir of skilled first-generation graduates.

To bridge this gap, NextWealth established a network of small delivery centers (housing 500–1,000 people) in small towns, drawing inspiration from the decentralized “internet” model. This approach enabled localized operations while fostering economic growth in these regions. To bring this vision to life, NextWealth partnered with qualified local entrepreneurs who shared a deep connection to their communities. NextWealth continues to champion its mission of driving social and economic transformation through innovative talent solutions.
